Razer Synapse server access unavailable
Tried downloading razer synapse 3.0 but it just says "Server access unavailable please check your network connection"

+1Sometimes firewall or antivirus software can block it. Try disabling for a moment, and then download Synapse 3 again.
That worked for me, but I will tell you synapse is running extremely slow and buggy. It will at least temporarily freeze when I go to change macros or simply go to the macros menu at all.
