Razer Synapse V3 gives latency problems

First of all, i want to apologize for my bad English, the main problem is that I noticed that when i start Synapse V3 as soon as i hope in any online match i start to have ping issues, so i was kinda forced to stop running Synapse, I'm a bit sad about that because i can't have my custom lights on mouse and keyboard and it's the only way i can play without ping problems.

    That's odd. Please gather the Razer Synapse 30 logs first. Once done, please proceed with the clean reinstallation process and check if the issue persists. Otherwise, save the files to any online drive account, then paste the link once you submit a case to our Support Team.
