Both Synapse and Cortex apps will not check for updates when going to settings, about and check for updates. The option is greyed out.
Question
Razer Synapse will not check for updates.
Try right clicking on the Razer Central icon in your system tray and see if there is a “Check for Updates” selection. Possibly run as administrator if that doesn’t work. Otherwise, probably the old uninstall re-install thing. Good Luck!
