I purchased the Razer Barracuda Wireless model and installed Razer Synapse. I didn't encounter any connection issues and was able to connect right away. However, when I try to adjust the audio equalizer or the THX settings within the Synapse app, there’s no change in the sound—it simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse and THX, repairing them, and updating .NET frameworks, but nothing resolves the issue. This is becoming increasingly frustrating, so if anyone has a solution, please help.
