As per my title, twice now since I installed New Razer Synapse Beta on May 22nd, any applications with an open window that can scroll have “stuck” continuously scrolling down. When I roll the wheel or grab the scroll bar and scroll back up, it immediately scrolls back down again. When I happened to me the first time, I rebooted my system and the problem went away.
When it happened this evening, I simply pressed “Exit All Apps” after right clicking the razer icon in the system tray, and the problem went away. Then I relaunched the App.
I am not entirely certain what makes this issue occur, but that appears to correct it when it does.
I Do not use my PC to game.
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 (june 2024 driver), Windows 10 Pro (latest), Intel I7-4771 (nothing overclocked), 32GB Ram, ASUS Z87 Deluxe/Quad
Mouse: Razer Naga Trinity Keyboard: Blackwidow Chroma V2
The only customizations I have set in synapse is that I have changed the sensitivity up and down buttons to mouse button 4 and 5 instead, and that the lighting on the keyboard and mouse should turn off when the screen turns off (it doesn’t always, but...)
Overall, New Razer Synapse works much better on my system than Razer Synapse 3 did, but this issue has happened to me twice now, so putting it out there.
In my search, I did not see anyone else seeming to report the same issue.
