[SOLVED]Can't log into Razer Synapse since latest update
Like the title says. I booted my PC and Synapse launches at start up. It asked me to sign in with my password, which is usually automatic, so I figured that it had been updated. Tried to log in but I can't seem to remember my password. No biggie.. Just changed it. Worked like expected. But I still can't log in. I just get the message: "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again".
I've tried restarting the app. Even tried rebooting my PC. But nothing works. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Does anyone know how to resolve it? Do I need to reinstall the app completely?
Razer don't seem to offer chat support for software issues..
Razer Central is on v. 7.3.19.118
Razer Synapse is on v. 3.4.630.62510
EDIT: I no longer have the issue. I just waited a bit and it worked. I've posted my theory down below. But my suggestion is really to just wait a bit if you're still having problems with logging in.
