HI sorry to hear that but this happens a quiet lot with razer headsets. Try checking for updates to synapse.

so i have MSI MPG x570 motherboard. This came with Realtek audio. This is old codec I believe , but i tried updating from MSI centre. Worth a try. Sometimes Microsoft updates affect it.
Good morning. sorry for my late reply but I updated my graphics card to AMD and the sound issues seem to be resolved
