Sound issues with THX (Synapse 3) in Games

I have a Barracuda that gets really loud and makes crackling noises but only in games. If i disable THX by turning off audio effects, the issue gets fixed.I’ve tried re-installing synapse but the issue persists. I have also tried Synapse 4 but it has its own other issue of not detecting the headphone despite being connected.
