Specific Macros for Specific Programs?

I've searched google, unfortunately the word "program" shows up in how to program macros. I do know how to do this. My question is, can I program certain macros for certain programs? For instance. I have the Naga Trinity Mouse and would like to make A certain set of macros for minecraft and others for skyrim, etc. If this has already been answered, would you kindly point me to the thread? As I said the search terms aren't specific enough for the question. Thank you.

    Ok so I'm going to answer my own question here. I was talking with a friend and he came up with this (I'm putting it here in case anyone else has the same question). This may have been obvious to everyone else. 1. Create a profile for each game/program you want macros for. 2. Set a button on "cycle up" or "cycle down" profiles (I set number 12). 3. Make sure to do this for each profile. Now it does just what I want. Thanks.
