i just bought Mamba + Firefly Hyperflux wireless mouse for my iMac, unfortunately Synapse 2.0 couldn’t detect my new mouse. mouse works, but couldn’t make any adjustment please help btw my Mac running on Mojave

The hyperflux set only works on synapse 3. And synapse 3 isnt avaliable on mac yet. So really no choice here.

I confirm. Imho you have to return the product. Similar situation happened to me.
