Synapse 2.0 Tilting scrollwheel sensitivity ??

Hello, I just bought Razer Naga Trinity... I can't get my scrollwheel to function properly... When I tilt the scrollwheel right/left it just moves the page a tiny bit, but it does't keep scrolling...I have to press/tilt it multiple times, then it moves (but only small bits at a time). And in the Synapse control window, there is no function on the sensitivity for the tilting action...only the actual tilting action itself... Anyone with the same problem ? Solution ? I have reached out to Razer but only (so far) got back that I should try using another USB port, and unplugg/replug the USB cable. With no result for me...
