Just to second this and add a little info… On Starlink as well and ran into the same issue except I used a VPN and it worked. It looks like Razer is using akamai for content distribution:

This happens with other hosted installer packages (like NordVPN) as well. What’s odd is that it looks like it depends on which POP I’m on, I set this up about a month ago when I was on a different POP and it worked fine. I’ve let Starlink support know but honestly I don’t expect much from it.
