Synapse 3.5 and Synapse 2.0 Legacy

Hi all! I have just bought my first 2 Razer peripherals in a few years and the new device has installed Synapse 3.5 onto my PC. Synapse 3.5 is only registering my new devices without my old devices; and vice versa my old devices are still in Synapse 2.0 and no new devices. How do I fully migrate to 3.5? Thanks!

Unfortunately your older products are likely not supported on Synapse 3, meaning that they need to stay on Synapse 2. You can view all of the supported products for Synapse 3 here. If you do have other devices supported on Synapse 3 but they are still registering on Synapse 2, you can uninstall Synapse 2 and see if they register to Synapse 3, and if not uninstall both Synapse's and reinstall 3 first, followed by 2 if some products are still not registering.
