Contacted support and did all these steps:
In order to clean install the Synapse application, please do the following:
1. Open your system's "Task Manager." Terminate all Razer and Synapse-related tasks/processes under the "Processes" tab.
2. Uninstall Synapse and all Razer-related components found on "Programs and Features."
3. Delete all "Razer folders" found on "ProgramFiles(x86)" and "ProgramData" directories in the C:\\ Drive. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.
4. Reboot the computer.
5. Go into device manager > Keyboards and Audio inputs and outputs - mouse and other pointing devices > uninstall HID Keyboard and Mouse Drivers and all other Razer product drivers > reboot the computer. Be sure to select "delete drivers" as well when uninstalling. Restart your computer once again.
6. Turn off firewall and anti-virus software.
7. Download and install the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework (4.5 or higher) at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
8. Download Synapse through the link below, and run the installer on administrator mode.
Synapse 3 link: https://www.razerzone.com/synapse-3
9. Sign in to Synapse and allow all updates.
10. Once Synapse has been installed successfully you may turn your firewall and antivirus services back on.
11. Unplug and Re-plug your device so it will be detected by Synapse.
Still the same message.
