Yesterday i have plugged in my new mouse, the Razer Deathadder Essential, BLACK Edition.

Then i have installed Synapse. But the Software recognized the BLACK Edition as the WHITE Edition.



Why is that? What can i do?

That's odd. Did you try repairing the Razer Synapse 3.0? I suggest contacting our Support Team or sending me a PM so I can help you initiate a support ticket.
