Does anyone know witch Synapse is better, either based on design, the overall interface, and compatibility?

Synapse 2.0 is functionally better but it support pretty much some old peripherals and it doesn't have that much accessibility. While, Synapse 3.0 may be a bit buggy, but it supports the latest Razer releases and have all kinds of useful options. It's just a matter of what devices you own, some will work on 2.0 and some on 3.0, you could have both of them installed.

For me Synapse 3 has better (clearer) interface, but still it's a bit buggy, and it doesn't support all legacy devices (yet). It also has a great function called Hypershift (when you click on hypershift button, you unlock a "2nd layer" button assignments, functions). Both synapses can be installed, and running independently (and I'm using this config: BW v2 + DA E on Synapse 3, ManO'wars on Synapse 2.0).

Please provide support for macos in synapse 3.

I’d say 3, that’s what I use, a little bugged and it force minimises any other app when it needs you to sign in but it’s ok.
