Hi , thanks for your reply , ive been searching in the event viewer under 'Windows logs'-'Application' the only error i have connected to synapse is 'Synapse 3 web service' i have other razer program issues in the event connected to razer such as - ' razer chroma SDK'

I am getting the same error. There have been reports of this problem for 1-2 years with no solution. I have looked for solutions in that time, but nothing fixed it. I ignored it because I was able to program my mouse before synapse stopped working. It was fine until I got cyperpunk 2077, and I needed to reprogram the mouse slightly. I cannot reprogram the mouse as the software does not open, and that is the final straw. I wish the naga trinity would work with synapse 2.0 because at least that software works. Sadly I will be buying a new mouse from a different company because Razer has not fixed the issue in all that time. Razer has addressed this recently, November 25, after 1-2 years of people reporting the error. Their solution also does not work. I have purchased Razer products for many years, and their negligence is what caused me to never purchase Razer again. I would recommend any gamer to stay away from Razer products.

Software can fail to work due to corrupted drivers, programs, user profile or worst case OS source files * Remove the current Synapse 3 * Create a new user in your Windows OS * Re-install the Synapse 3 in the new user See if that works, otherwise digging into the OS source files could be next, which requires the following actions * Diagnose and repair OS * Worst case, reinstall the OS
