How can I get access to the synapse 4 Beta?

I noticed that the wmi provider host use many cpu in the last weeks. After many tries (rebuild wmi, reinstall synapse, update everything etc.) it seems to be caused by the synapse 3.

I´ve heard that this could solve my mentioned problem.
