Synapse Change logs? | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Looking for change logs for synapse. I have heard that the devs release them here but I have not seen one. No matter how small or large the update. It should be posted here or some where so users can check.
+1 for this.

As far as I know changelog is only available on the app. There was changelog posted (looooooooong time ago) on Reddit, but for Synapse 2.0
I am looking for this too. It did an auto update yesterday and I cannot find a changelog anywhere. Perhaps you can see this prior to installation, but that doesn't help with auto updates. Why is it so difficult for the devs to tell us what they changed, "Various bug fixes", just doesn't cut it. It would actually be some good PR to detail exactly which of the many bugs have been fixed...
Perhaps, because they don't change anything?
@RazerThe_Fiend
Synapse3 Beta for more than 3 years.

Still not supporting all legacy devices, even not devices still sold (Orbweaver).

Still not working without massive problems.

Razer seems to be a simple Fake Marketing Company, selling weak products at high level prices.

Of course, they don't support Mac any more. It doesn't fit into their lack of quality and knowledge.

So, I'm about to leave the Razer environment forever. my last device (Orbweaver) will be replaces by an Azeron keypad.

Bye,bye Razer. May 2021 be the last year, you wind up your customers.
Oh, a new update installed today. I'll just go check the change log...

Seriously, how hard is it?
I realized something last night. I have updates automatically to be installed. I wonder if turning that off would show the "What's New" link.
I believe it does. I think it typically says "Various bug fixes".

Yup, confirm that.

Nothing detailed. Only various bug fixes information most of the time.
@Razer.Caziel Can you speak on this or forward this request on?
@bmoreawesom3 As far as I know, the patch notes can be seen by clicking the "What's new" link whenever a new update is ready. That said, you will have to turn off auto-update as the link will disappear once the update is installed.

Here are the patch notes for the Feb 9 update:

  • Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2021) | RZ09-0367x

    • SPA Support

  • Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2021) | RZ09-0369x

    • SPA Support

  • Razer Book 13 (Late 2020) | RZ09-0357x

    • SPA Support

  • Synapse Bug Fixes

    • Enhance Joystick Polling Rate and Fix Brightness Issue on Secondary Mapping for Razer Huntsman V2 Analog

In any case, you will want to send a feature request via the feedback function on the app.

Feedback sent. Hopefully it just doesn't get lost in the ether.
@aeroDarkJungleGreen316

I think you're blowing things out of proportion. I understand that you want to read patch notes, but toxicity isn't the way to push things forward.
