Synapse not detecting either Ornata Chroma or Naga Pro

I have recently purchase a Naga Pro and since then neither it or my Ornata Chroma are detected in Synapse 3. I have tried uninstalling Synapse, deleting drivers, updating windows and plugging into all ports on my PC. None of this seems to work. Before the Naga pro I had the Naga Trinity and never seemed to have any issues. Even when I tried plugging in the old trinity, nothing shows. Anyone got a solve or should I just look to move on from Razer at this point? Seems to be a recurring issue for a lot of people.

    I got the same thing going for me, had a deathadder before, it was out of warranty so bought this viper 8khz, the synapse aint detecting either of them, i am cluesless at this point literally did everything i could
