Synapse Not Detecting Mouse

Hey, i'm on Mac Mojave and i've got a razer deathadder and whenever i try to use razer synapse it says "please connect a razer synapse enabled device" even though it says that the razer deathadder is synapse supported on mac. Anyone know how to get it to detect the mouse Cheers

    same here but im on mac os catalina and i have the mamba elite

    Same here, I am on macOS catalina and my new viper ultimate arrived today only to find out the software is windows only... Very unhappy with razer especially since this information is not clearly marked on the device box or the website. Seems like misleading its customers since they previously support macOS. I have owned many razer mice and have recommended them at my workplace, however, until they support mac again I can no longer do so.
