Synapse Razer Kracken 7.1 v2 and Razer surround pro

Hi i have the razer kracken 7.1 v2 headset , i have been using the 7.1 v2 software in synapse version 2.21. I have just finally got my activation code to unlock razer suround pro. My question is do the both run together or separately ( i imagine separately) as 7.1 has the settings for the mic etc. Also if i select one does it turn the other off? or will i get overlap with them both installed?
