Synapse Will not change profiles on Tartarus V2 since last update

I open synapse and select the tartarus V2. I can initially select a profile. If I game a while 20 minutes+ and come back and try and change the profile it freezes. Synapse will become unresponsive and I will have to force close the program in task manager or reboot. If I force close it takes a substantial amount of  time to reopen the program. Much longer than normal. 
This has started happening since I updated synapse last week.

    This software just gets worse and worse. It made me sign back in and I could not remember my password. I tried to use the password recovery but it wouldnt accept my email because its a small company email. I finally get logged in and my email listed IS my personal company email that email that synaps would not let me enter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    IM LIVID.

    I can 100% understand why so many people hate this software and I will be returning my razer products since the required software to use them does not work.
