Synapse wont start with windows

hey all like the headline says i wont get synapse to start with windows and load the light settings i saved... i can start it manual and then it works but i was wondering if there is another way? i checked for updates and installed the latest version and have the "start with windows" settings activated but it still wont work if i remeber correct i installed cortex first and over let cortex install synapse... maybe this caused some problems? thnks chizZo
