Hi everyone : who have facing this problem ? happening start on today ! when after i update latest nvidia app driver ! my Razer black shark v2 usb + Razer viper 8k cant detect on synapse 3 !but my windows showing detected device ! i trying uninstall few time synapse 3 still cant solve my problem !

I change DNS to a public DNS, reboot my computer. ThenRazer Synapse 3 candetect my Viper v3 PRO. I test many times, it works well. Maybe this issuecaused by network reasons.

Im facingthe exact issue(this morning it worked)Bidnt update Nvidia driver. But windows update installed the following:2025-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11, version 25H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5066835) (26200.6899)2025-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 25H2 for x64 (KB5066128)

Synapse3 cant detect my device !
