synaspe 3 dont find my devices
i have keyboard razer cynosa elite but dont find my keyboard on synaspe 3 and i try synaspe 2 but dot work...i check from razer site some videos on youtube i do tha same settings but nothing work cant fint my keyboard i try too many times tha same settings with videos on youtube but nothing work...okease someone if can answer me and help me! thnx!

+1You mean Cynosa Lite? There's no Elite version.
It's compatible with Synapse 3 version.
Go this way - uninstall Synapse, go to device manager in OS and remove your keyboard (with drivers). Download CCleaner, cleanup your PC and most important - cleanup registry.
Reboot OS and install Synapse 3 software. Also be sure, that your keyboard is connected directly to USB port on your laptop or PC motherboard, and not to the USB hub.
