Tartarus v2 on Macbook

I use my Macbook for all my graphic design and illustration creation. I bought this Tartarus to help with keybinds as I'm drawing on my screen tablet. I plugged in the Tartarus, downloaded Razer Synapse 2 for my Macbook and.... Nothing. Traditionally the Razer Synapse screen will allow me to see the different programmable buttons for my product that I can then assign macros and keybinds to. However, under Keypad > Customize, all I have is the ability to create a new profile... Which I did, but still nothing appears. Under Macros, I can create new macros, but I can't assign them to any of my keys. I am usually pretty good with this kind of stuff, but I'm at a bit of a loss here. I attempted uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, but I still cannot access keys for my Tartarus to assign macros to them in the software. Would any of you guys be able to help? Thank you kindly!
