The equalizer of Synapse 3 is malfunctioning

Question

No matter how I adjust the equalizer values ​​in Synapse 3  settings, the sound of the headset remains the same, without any changes. Sometimes I try restarting the computer or re-plugging the receiver, which occasionally resolves the issue. Does anyone know what might be causing this?By the way my headphone is BlackShark v2 HyperSpeed

The equalizer displays a successful switch in audio profile (e.g., from music mode to movie mode), but the sound in the headphones remains unchanged, maintaining a fixed audio profile.
