After I restarted and reinstalled the synapse system 5 times. I gave up and deleted this trash drive. Can tell u, dont even trust their Customer service, they will just keep telling u to reinstall and doing some pointless things. Until u finally destroyed ur whole pc device u will find out u were a fking clown and fking installing a Virus into ur pc. They just made some disconnections and recoveries on ur RGB device to let u think it still has chance and just some setting problems need to be solved. But ur wrong, after that they just made ur SSD drive started appearing error then went into died. Just dont use and even try to download it if u see this posting. I would like to say they more suitable on making some virus softwares and ruining everyone’s computer
