I have the keyboard "Razer Blackwidow chroma v2 te", but the razer synapse 3.0 think that this keyboard, is the first version (Razer blackwidow chroma)
What should i do?

Uninstall the keyboard from the device manager and plug it back in. Wait for it to detect the keyboard again, if it still gets detected as the first version then you might need to ask support for the recovery firmware of the Blackwidow v2 T.E.
