trouble in razer synapse

my razer synapse did an update recently and now I don't have any of my presets for lighting on my keyboard and mouse. It's like the system just forgot that I have any razer products on the home page and now I can't edit them either. Any help would be much appreciated

    Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs first. Once done, please upload the files to any online drive accounts and delete all Razer-related files using the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Let me know how it goes.
