Trouble with earbuds Hammerhead TW

Hello, Razer community! I hope you help me with my problem. Razer said that these earbuds almost do not have latency. BUT WHY LATENCY AT MY HAMMERHEADS (TW) IS SOOO HIGH (1~ sec). Can at least you help me, uh?

When you say latency, where exactly are you facing it? Like while playing games or music/video ? Also just to confirm, you are referring to the Razer Hammerhead Truely Wireless earphones right ?

Yes, I asked you to help me with Hammerhead True Wireless. I like watching the videos on YouTube and Reddit (sometimes). But these earbuds experience ruined by high latency. I checked that my Bluetooth v. (in my phone) is 4.2. But earbuds v. is 5.0. I think that my BT phone v. is too old to make no latency. Am I right?

I have a One Plus 6T with BT 5.0 (i can confirm if there is an issue with it in 1 or 2 days as i am waiting for my Hammerhead TW to be delivered). Like you said different versions of BT on the device might/can cause latency issues.

Hello there, the HTW is not a supported device by the PS4. It’s mainly for mobile and laptop use. You can try the Razer Thresher 7.1 headset which is a lag free device designed for the PS. Cheers!
