I have a Tartarus v2. When I open Synapse there is no image of the keypad and a windows displays labeled Windows Properties with an option to “Open Windows Keyboard Properties” and “Open Windows Game Controllers”.

I have uninstalled Synapse 3 and reinstalled several times and also tried deleting the program folders.

Also my keyboard, Blackwidow V4X doesn’t show an image of the keyboard so I can’t set keybinds on it either. Otherwise all devices are recognized and function properly.
