I was using Logitecvh and coolermaster mouse before, recently purchased Raze Deathadder V2. While plugging in the mouse Razer synapse got automatically installed., Thjat was the last software installation I made in my pc. # days back I got an account and hardware suspension from Riot on valorant. While raising a ticket got reply from them that and unathorized software which can gain some added advantage in game have been used in the PC and hence there vanguard automatically gave me a HW and account ban. Looking at the current softwares installed in the PC while I got the ban Razer synapse was the only new software. I tried to get the exact name of the software from them but due to their policies they are not revealing the software name. It is very much dissaponiting and frustating that in a game where I have put a lot of money and time I got banned due to use of Raze mouse. I am attaching the software list installed and the ticket snapshot. I really need some hel to get them recovered and the ban removed.

Go to your firewall and create a new “firewall rules” block all internet traffic from the synapse app. “Go to your registry editor under your razor product, click on property, permission and under “read” deny. That will prevent your hid from being read. 

DId Riot ever unban you? or did you find a compromise, I’ve just been third-party software banned despite not having any exploits and so I’ve been looking over every program I have and a lot of people are saying Synapse and Ghub is triggering it.

So I was not the only one in my case is the same thing I was using a dragon mouse and I decided giving a try to a razer mouse to be esact is the "Razer DeathAdder Essential Gaming Mouse" when I plugged it installed razer synapses by it self and I do play like for 2 days only and got ban, I noticed that I got ban because of the mouse it was to obvious I didn't installed anything on my pc since then, valorant ban me for using third party things that I never use and I send a ticket to riot but they didn't respond in 6 days so I don't know what to do I also restart my pc because I was thinking that might work but nope it doesn't.
