Viper Mini mouse was not detected by Synapse 3

Question

When I installed Windows 10, my Viper Mini mouse was not detected by Synapse 3. However, when I installed Windows 11, it worked without any issues. I'm not sure why the mouse isn't recognized in Windows 10, despite my attempts to fix it.

It was a fresh windows 10 installation?Maybe there was Valorant installed, so it’s a common problem with their anti-cheat software (Riot Vanguard), that is blocking Razer mouses, so they’re not available in Synapse. Solution is to uninstall Riot Vanguard.
