When I installed Windows 10, my Viper Mini mouse was not detected by Synapse 3. However, when I installed Windows 11, it worked without any issues. I'm not sure why the mouse isn't recognized in Windows 10, despite my attempts to fix it.

It was a fresh windows 10 installation?
Maybe there was Valorant installed, so it’s a common problem with their anti-cheat software (Riot Vanguard), that is blocking Razer mouses, so they’re not available in Synapse. Solution is to uninstall Riot Vanguard.
I'm having the same problem only that mine is not recognizing in windows 11 . I've formatted the PC and nothing to recognize I have not downloaded games yet on the computer and even then does not recognize the Viper Mini. Any suggestions my friends?
