Viper V2 Pro not switching profiles

Question

Hi there,i got a problem with my new viper v2 pro.I created several macro profiles i need for work , gaming .A binded profile-switching on mousewheel click but this function only work when i connect the viper with usb cable to my computer.If i use the viper wireless with the dongle the profile-switching via mousewheel click dont work. Is there a solution i can fix this problem ?

Hi, I just got this mouse. I am having the same issue . I was hoping once I linked the game that it would switch automatically when I turned the game on? Did you figure out a fix for this?Thanks,
