Synapse 3 lost all my macros and profiles SEVERAL TIMES, days of work just gone, backups didnt work or help. The tech suppose instructed me to do something that made it worse even after voicing my concern several times that those instructions may do that.

the new synapse functions different in some ways than the old one, and nobody freaking helps to see if there is a way to change it to how it functioned before.

keyboard keys not holding when a marco ends, despite there not being any command to lift the key.

macros stopping half way though when a key is released instead of playing through the current loop, which not only doesnt do the rest of the marco commands, but can also keep mouse buttons held down.

yet still, nobody here wants to help us.
