Why does my Cynosa V2 sometimes light up after shutdown?

I have my keyboard set to simply use a constant white, for all keys However sometimes when I shutdown the keyboard, will turn on and colour cycle, so I have to turn on my pc and shutdown again, and hope if doesn't decide to colour cycle for fun I don't expect it to work any more, as I know all Razer software is trash, and that they don't care (I won't be buying ANYTHING from them again) Just wondering if others have seen this

    cursed be whoever creates and encourages rgb in peripherals. hahaha. Who's afraid of the dark these days... jokes aside now. this is due to the fact that rbg settings are extremely volatile. but there is a bug in some motherboards that do not turn off the 5v usb.
