Win key toggling with mouse

Hello, I'm trying to toggle the Windows 10 color filter with a mouse click (on my Razer Viper Ultimate) (I invert the colors with the shortcut ctrl+Win+c constantly to avoid eye burn). I am having trouble making it do that with Synapse 3. I've seen elsewhere on the forum that I might be able to use macros to do this, so I tried making a macro with ctrl+Win+c and assigning it to the mouse click that I want. Perhaps macros don't work well with the Win key? I can make the mouse do other keystrokes with a macro. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help a noob with detailed instructions. Thanks.
