Windows 11 not detecting mouse

Hi, So i haven't used synapse for a while, but wanted to check my settings and I cannot find my mouse? I have a deathadder chroma and also recently installed windows 11. I have tried using a different usb port, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse. I have tried synapse 3 and also synapse 2.0. Please help. Thanks

    DA Chroma is controlled under Synapse 2.0. Synapse 2.0 is not officially Supported on W11 (maybe it'll work in some compatibility mode). I'd try to uninstall Synapse, then use this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any leftovers, then RESTART your PC and install Synapse 2.0 as administrator.
