Windows 11 Should Audio Enhancements be turned on for best audio? Nari Ultimate THX Spatial

So hadn't played Cyberpunk in Windows 11 and the audio didn't sound as good as I remembered compared to Windows 10. I was using the THX Spatial that the game supports within Synapse. So I cycled to the Enhance Audio in the sound settings and also enabled the Enhanced audio from within the advanced tab and the audio sounded how I remembered it from Windows 10. Is this how the Nari Ultimates need to be used now in Windows 11? I don't remember needing to do anything in Windows 10? I also notice Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation useage can sometimes go quite high between 5-8% cpu useage. Is this normal?

I also used THX Spatial on Windows 11 and cpu usage was between 5 and 11%, had to go back to Windows 11. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future.

Just realised yes they need to be enabled as otherwise the "game, music, movie" Enhancements in the tab don't do anything. Still getting weird useage on windows audio device graph isolation. Can only hope this is a synapse and Windows 11 issue.
