I purchased and registered a Base Station v2 Chroma Quartz.a couple of months ago...
On the Razer website all my products are listed (Lancehead Quartz , Kraken Quartz) and have the correct images (ie quartz versions of the products I own)
In the Razer Synapse software , my Lancehead Quartz shows correctly (ie pink) , but my Base Station V2 Quartz shows as a Base Station V2 in black.
Should it show as the Pink Quartz version in Chroma like it does on my registered product page on your website?

Hope so - I did create a support case about 2.5 months ago , but have not had a response as yet.

This could either be a visual bug, or the model has not been updated yet. Do send me your case number and a screenshot of how the device appears on Synapse 3. I'll take it from there.
