X-Y Sensitivity Slider missing

trying to callbrate the DPI on my Razer Naga X and I noticed that the Enable X-Y Slider option is missing. It used to be there for the Razer Naga Hex. Anyone knows if it’s a razer naga X issue or is there something I can do to enable it?

Best Buy New Basilisk V3 x Hyperspeed, today 4-7-2024 NO SLIDER taking  it back, Razer software is a joke, always has been. Synapse 3, or Synapse NEW???? really guys?

Same here with new Cobra.

I ‘ ve been using x-y sensitivity almost more than 10 years with my old deathadder on my old desktop win10 synaps2.0.

Anyone could be able to solve this?

I think it is a software problem about synaps 3.0
