Hey guys, I've got a Turret that's starting to give out on me (some keys are non responsive) and I'm sure I'm beyond warranty. I like the idea of sending it in for repair, but so far all I've seen are terrible stories regarding Razer and their support system. I'm looking for some more anecdotal evidence before I choose to send it in or if it's time to switch brands. Positive and negative stories welcomed. Just looking for more data.
Read in this forum and read on reddit. I think you will find more informations than you can handle.
