Hey i got the same issue with the X570 Taichi Razer Edition Variant, please tell me if the, „will be supported“ in the Beta was a lie

Its the only piece of Razer branded kit I own out of 12 devices that is not supported by Synapse 4. I used to run 3 and 4 no issues, but cant now it seems. 4 months ago I was told it wont be long, but at this rate its prob gonna be 2030 lol

funny fact - our mobo is not listed for synapse 3 either)
look https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4130

hopefully it will be added in synapse 4 soon - can’t synch all the devices without it(

I have just installed Open RGB and it controls every single piece of colour attached to my PC. I can control my Razer Taichi X570 MB with ease. This is what I will use until Razer support them.

This is not about new devices, as those are supported by synapse 4. There are plenty of older devices that razer hasn't supported yet, and openrgb has those covered.

Look for a recent update for synapse 4. I just got one and it provided support for my seiren v3 chroma mic and AsRock Z690 Taichi Razer edition motherboard finally! I see both of them in synapse 4 now!

Could you post the Version Number?

sure

I created a topic like this not too long ago. No one seems to have clear answers, until I saw your post:) But I have the issue's version that seems newer than yours, so I'm still confused. Could you please tell me whether your mobo cable is connected through the Razer RGB controller or another way? Thank you very much.😸

looks like he is just a photoshop troll, at that time even Seiren v3 Chroma was not supported by Synapse 4, and he has it on the screem like our mobo, which is still not supported.

Yes, exactly!!! A few hours ago, I accidentally updated CHROMA and restarted. I was pleasantly surprised to find it appeared in the Synapse 4 and Chroma App panel, and I could click on it to make some RGB lighting settings.

I have confirmed that the ASRock X570 Taichi Razer Edition motherboard is now FINALLY compatible with Synapse 4.  Just in case anyone was still wondering about it.
Thanks all!
