Avoid the Oct25 synapse4 update

Honestly can this get any worse,Synapse 4 is just complete and utterly useless.

Initiallt the bugs started out as Synapse4 not starting with windows11.

Then it wasn’t picking up the hardware at times as well.

Eventually i got it to open with many tries.

Now today i thought ok ther may have been an update to Synapse4-Oh there was dated Oct25.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE.

It wiped all of my profiles from my devices and to add insult to injury the cloud sync doesn’t seem to be working either.

I am giving them 1 last chance to sort this out,already had the usual runaround,will see what comes of that though,but i’m not hoping for much there.

Failing that it’s goodbye Synapse and moving on to another brand.

I’ve had enough of htis chaotic shambles of a software.

Same it installed the new version by itself and now all my razaer using thx driver dont have any sound anymore

Yes honestly Synapse 4 is just a total mess at the moment,i have even been working with support regarding this.

They emailed me back tongiht apparently they have aknowledged that they know about the issue and have closed my case.

Also apparently i haven’t been forgoten about.

Total rubbish to be hones ,they closed the case because they don’t actually know what is wrong here.

It’s tiem for me to move on to another brand i’ve had enough of this.

You would have though they would have learned from synapse 3 obviously not.

4 is ten times worse.
