BATTLEFIELD 6 isn't showing as a supported THX game in this sht synapse 4 software for newly bought Blackshark V3!!!?!? Even though it is advertised everywhere that it is.

Just bought a Blackshark V3 headset and wanted to test out the THX Game Profiles for Battlefield 6. They posted on Razer official facebook page that it was added in October 2nd. I can’t activate it. I checked several posts on reddit and V3 owners have the same issue while the older headphones are working fine with the THX profile. This is false advertising and I want to ask ,what are you waiting for RAZER TO ADD IT FOR YOUR NEW HEADSETS!!! THEY WON’T FIX UNTIL ENOUGH PEOPLE COMPLAIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. What incompetence!!

Have the same problem. Tried to repair synapse to solve the problem. Also made the newest FW Update for BS v3 Pro 1.2.28. Nothing helps!
Is there a timeline for the fix?
