blackshark v2 hyperspeed / synapse 4 mute issue

Everytime I press the mute button on my headset, my mic volume drops to 0.

I’ve seen that a lot of people have this issue and although I tried everything to fix this problem, there is no solution yet so I’m waiting for Razer to correct it…

    Yep… same… I thought it fixed itself yesterday after an update… but it came back today.

    I hate this, it needs fixing YESTERDAY

    same issue since the last update. deinstalles synapse, deleted all remaining files and registry key’s and installes everything fresh, but no help. another new synapse 4 bug… yay… great software...
