Blackshark v2 pro (2023) windows 11 and Synapse 4 sound issues

Question

I’ve got Asus Vivobook laptop, Windows 11 and Synapse 4 installed.Almost everything was just fine until one of the Windows updates.Sound became crackling, distorted with unstable loudness levels.I’ve tried everything, have texted to support: they just said that my earphones were faulty so I got to return them on warranty… I did it, got a new pair and..The issue is still there.Whenever I turn off “Turn on audio enhanements” in Windows settings the problem dissapears along with better sound, eq and stuff. So it’s not an option.So I tried the following:removed everything with razer tool	installed synapse 3 instead of synapse 4Everything WORKS JUST FINE.Installed Synapse 4Issue came back.Also I’ve reinstalled every sound and chipset driver in System, manually clean registry and still no results.Seems like Razer Software can’t work properly with Windows up to date.!!!Please find the solution!!!Razer 3 now is almost obsolete….I really like Blackshark v2 Pro but geez… Your software in a nightmare.Ofcourse I still can use them without EQ and Synapse at all but all the features become available only with it.

Can fully agree, my also Razer Blackshark v2 pro (2023)is VERY quiet (100% feels like 50%) in Custom preset when Synapse 4 is not turned on. That's so stupid. Instantly uninstalled Synapse 4, restarted PC, installed Synapse 3 and disabled the setting for turning it on on startup, cause I don't need that.
